Alpine Meadows Ski Resort (JMA Ventures, LLC properties) believes that giving back to our North Lake Tahoe/Truckee community - where we live, play and work - is the only way to do business.
Our goal in giving is to support efforts that positively affect our local community, specifically educational efforts and environmental stewardship. We recognize that our business is generated in the community and that it is imperative that we acknowledge that support by giving back to our schools and service and community organizations.

Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe
Alpine Meadows Ski Resort has partnered with the Humane Society of Truckee Tahoe (HSTT) for winter 2010/2011. Guests visiting the mountain will have the option of donating $1 at every point of sale, including lift ticket windows, retail and dining outlets, snow sports registration desks, and other locations. Funds raised through the program at Alpine Meadows will be donated directly to HSTT to contribute toward its goal of building a new shelter for homeless animals in the Truckee-Tahoe community while they wait for adoption. Disabled Sports USA Far West
Disabled Sports USA Far West's Program Center is located at Alpine Meadows Ski Resort. They are a PSIA Member Ski School (Professional Ski Instructors of America). Their PSIA certified instructors and trained volunteers make skiing or snowboarding possible for anyone with physical, cognitive or developmental disabilities. SOS Outreach
SOS Outreach began as the "Snowboard Outreach Society," before expanding to include skiing. This season, Alpine will host a group of children in the SOS Outreach Learn To Ride program. For more information, see the SOS Outreach page.
Alpine Meadows Ski Foundation
The primary goal of the Alpine Meadows Ski Foundation is to provide scholarships to young athletes who need financial assistance in order to engage in Ski and Snowboard Teams at Alpine Meadows Ski Resort. Additionally, they offer assistance to athletic charities and organizations for disabled athletes. For more information, see the AMSF page.
