If you are looking to pick up skiing or snowboarding, or trying to advance to the next level with value in mind, Alpine Meadows offers a program for you. We offer full-day and half-day lessons for ages 13+. Level is assessed on-snow, the day of the lesson by our professional instructors. Participants are divided into groups by ability level ages 13+.
Beginner & Intermediate Group Lessons
Continue to build a solid foundation of skills and explore the more challenging terrain! Level is assessed on-snow, the day of the lesson by our professional instructors. Participants are divided into groups by ability level ages 13+.
Adult group lessons are no longer available after April 14, 2013. Private lessons will be available 50% off at Squaw Valley from April 15-28.

Advanced: In this level you will manage turns and speeds on groomed Black slopes or explore medium-size features in the Park and develop tactics and short turns to navigate more difficult Blue moguls. Expert: Explore our legendary big-mountain experience: learn strategies and the skills to master difficult moguls, powder and steeps. Carve perfect arcs or make laps in the pipes and parks. |

The meeting area is located on the left side of the lodge, adjacent to Hot Wheels lift, under a large red sign that reads "Ski & Snowboard School." Please meet ready to go with equipment in hand. For reservations, call us at 800-403-0206.
Release of Liability Form
Please fill out a release of liability form for each individual taking a lesson. One per season is required.

Pick up your paperwork at the Ski & Snowboard School Sales Desk, located next to the Guest Services & Sales Center between 8:30-9am If you have purchased a package, you will then be directed to the Rental Shop. Please be sure to read our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
Lessons cancelled after 1pm the day prior will incur a $15 cancellation fee. Same day/or no show cancellations are subject to the full charge of the lesson. For same day cancellations; if you decide to re-schedule for another day a $40 administrative fee will be incurred.
