NEW for winter 09/10, Alpine Meadows will host NASTAR ski and snowboard racing on weekends and holidays.


NASTAR Naster

National Standard Race is the world's largest recreational ski and snowboard race program, and offers courses throughout the United States and Canada. Started by SKI Magazine in 1968, NASTAR's goal is to provide fun, easily-accessible racing that's as competitive or non-competitive as a recreational racer wants.

Cost

NASTAR Race course will be located on Kangaroo, accessible via Kangaroo chair lift.
Helmets required.

Individual Run Adults $6
Unlimited Race Day $10
Unlimited Winter Pass $75
NASTAR is always weather and conditions dependant.  

Purchase

NASTAR race tickets and passes can be purchased at the Alpine Meadows ski and snowboard school, located in the main lobby of the base lodge. If you plan to purchase race tickets at the Race Shack, located on Kangaroo, cash only; no credit cards.
