Travel in a snow cat to the secluded mid mountain Chalet for a private dinner and an evening of fun with friends and unprecedented house-made fare. Groups of 15 to 20 enjoy a four-course gourmet meal with choices like smoked salmon crepes; grilled ribeye paired with select wines; crème brûlée; and every accoutrement which conjures the height of delicious, creative cuisine.
