Season Pass Pick up
Pick up your season pass from Special Tickets daily, from 8am to 4pm
1. When is the season pass office open?
Special Ticket is open daily 9am to 4pm.

2. What do I need to pick up my season pass?
Please bring a valid photo ID. You will also need to sign a release of liability at our office. Children and young adults will need a copy of their birth certificate or valid passport.
3. I paid a deposit on my season ski / snowboard pass. When is the balance due?
The amount due will be charged, to the credit card you provided, on September 30, 2009.
4. I have a season pass, do I get a discount for Kid's Ski Team?
No discounts for being a passholder. If you have multiple children on the team, a 10% discount will be given the child second and third child.
5. I do not want to purchase my season pass online. What are my options?
Please fill out a season pass form, include method of payment, and mail to us with the address from the pass form. In order to receive season passholder events and news, please provide a valid e-mail address. Season pass forms must be postmarked by September 30, 2009 in order to receive the early rate. Or, you may visit us at our Season Pass office to purchase in person; the deadline is September 30, 2009. The office, Special Tickets is located inside the main lobby.

6. When can I pick-up my season pass?
Season passes can be picked up at special tickets, inside the main lobby, starting late-November. Please call before your arrival 530.581.8310
7. What are the season pass blackout dates?

8. I'm a college student. Do you have a discount for me?
Yes. Please go to our college student season pass page for all the details.
9. Can my spouse or significant other pick up my season pass?
No. The season passholder must pick up the pass they purchased and sign the release of liability.
10. Can I use my own photo?
Sorry. We will take your photo at the time you pick up your season pass.
11. You already have my photo, can you mail it to me?
Sorry, season passes must be picked up in person. At that time, you will need to sign the release of liability.
12. Is my credit card information safe online?
Yes. Alpine Meadows uses the latest encryption standards to safeguard our customers personal information.
13. How do I know which pass to purchase?
Your age as of the date of purchase will be used to determine which pass you are eligible for. Please go to Skialpine.com for all the details. A photo ID will be required at time of pick up.
14. I purchased a season pass and unable to use it, can I get a refund?
Sorry, season passes are non-refundable. Passes can not be credited or transferred.
15. How will I be kept up to date on Lake Tahoe mountain information?
Please provide us with your e-mail address. We will notify you regarding season passholder only events, party's and much more. The e-mail address must be valid and one you check. Please visit our E-mail & Newsletter Sign-up.
